I'm not sure how "spoken self catering word" in Afrikaans translated. Many of them have spoken earlier and never recorded or written out. However, there are exceptions. As Walkie Talkie, a project of Toast Coetzer, Jaco van der Merwe (from diehard fame) and Hemelbesem. They have now released a new track, one with music by Warrick Sony (people still remember the Kalahari Surfers - one of those groups then the apartheidsensors crowned with exile?) Made. My comment self catering about Derrida and music: In Benoit Peeters Derrida's extensive biography (I did read last year), he mentions that that Derrida less sense for music as philosophy, literature, fine arts, etc..

He liked jazz, like a lot of people in his generation, and sometimes took the opportunity of a stay in New York to attend a concert.
